We believe that everyone has unique gifts to offer and that serving on the Dream Team is a powerful way to make an impact, build lasting relationships, and grow in your walk with God.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Our First Impression team creates warm and welcoming atmospheres for all who come through our church doors. From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home, whether it’s through a friendly greeting, a cup of coffee, or help finding your seat.

Our Victory Connect teams are dedicated to helping new guests discover all that Victory has to offer. Through our engaging classes, we guide you through your next steps at Victory and help you connect with our church family.

VKids

Our VKids teams are passionate about equipping the next generation. Through engaging programs and intentional discipleship, we strive to create a loving and fun environment where kids can grow in their faith.

YOUTH

At Victory Youth, we aim to create a space where every young person can thrive. As part of this we endeavour to provide fun Bible lessons, worship, and activities that build a strong foundation of faith. We strive to create an environment where youth grow in their relationship with God and love coming to church.

WORSHIP

Victory Worship leads our church in passionate and engaging worship experiences that glorify God. If you play an instrument or have a singing gift, you can audition to join the worship team and help people connect with God through music.

PRODUCTION

Our Production Team works behind the scenes to accomplish creative and engaging services while maintaining a distraction-free environment.

CREATIVE

Our Creative teams use their creative giftings to serve our Creator – bringing the heart of Victory to life through captivating visuals, graphic design, and online experiences that create opportunities for people to know Christ!

OUTREACH

Our Outreach team empowers leaders and members to take their next steps in finding community outside of a Sunday, and provides prayer and support for those in need.
